At XINCHENGKAIYUAN, all purchases are subject to our product return policy, as follows:

1. If within 30 days the product becomes defective or arrives damaged (Blood Pressure Monitor), you can return the product to us and we will happily replace, exchange or refund you (minus shipping costs).

2. For Blood Pressure Monitor that is not satisfactory and free of defects or Products may be returned to us within 30 days with the return shipping label at the buyer/customer's expense.

How do I return a product?

Please contact us before returning product. All returns and exchanges must be arranged with a customer service representative within 30 days of delivery.

Please follow these 3 steps:

1. Send an email to lishuwen@xckaiyuan.com with your intention and reason for return.

2. After receiving the return confirmation reply, please send it to:  XINCHENGKAIYUAN's return address: 305, Building B, Shuijing Commercial Plaza, Jihua Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. Recipient: Mr.Liu

3. After returning the item, please email us to inform our customer service department and provide the tracking number. Once tracking confirms delivery, your refund will be processed immediately. If a tracking number is not provided, refunds may be delayed.

Shipped via insured parcel post or other trackable method. It is in your best interest as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

All products must be returned in the original carton in which they were received by the customer, including packaging, documentation and manuals.

Please do not paste or write anything on the items or packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any such return.

Items returned due to damage (excluding factory defects) will be returned to the buyer.

What are the shipping methods?

All orders placed before 1pm PST Monday - Friday will be processed the same business day. Any orders placed after 1pm PST and on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Occasionally, items ordered together may be shipped separately. "Out of stock items" are items that are currently out of stock but will be shipped as soon as they become available. You do not need to pay additional shipping costs for backordered items. If there is a delay of 2 weeks or more, we will notify you via email.
